If we have not heard from you either in person or by phone (612-385-7694)
by 9 AM, your spot will be up for grabs! If you show up at 9:05 AM, and
did not call on the way, you might not be able to attend the course if we called someone
on the waiting list and they were able to attend.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: You are NOT allowed to give away or sell your spot.

To Cancel your confirmed spot, you must email us your cancellation notice. You get a 100% refund only if cancelled within 30 days of the date you registered. Any cancellation made after 30 days from your registration date up to 2 weeks prior to the event will result in a fee refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Any cancellation made up to two weeks prior to the event will result in a 50% refund of your registration fee. No refunds are given to no-shows.

A $10 administrative fee will be charged for any request to reschedule a date that is already registered and confirmed. That fee will need to received prior to the date being rescheduled.
Refunds of fees are sent back to you via your payment method to us, so if you pay via paypal, that is how we will send you a refund and if you pay via check we will send a check back.
Refunds via PayPal: If a fee is sent back within 60 days of the original transaction, paypal allows us to issue a "refund" of the payment which includes all fees. Refunds of fees beyond 60 days will be less the fee paypal charges to receive payments.
If the class is cancelled due to unfavorable weather
conditions
, you can elect for us to refund your payment (or destroy your check),

SAYS IT'S FOR SURE GOING TO RAIN. We will ride if it's sprinkling, but if it storms
in the morning, looks like it's going to be nasty, or we can't possibly prepare the track,
we will cancel; always feel free to call! We'll make some good calls and some bad
ones; we are always just looking to have a fun day of riding, and riding in the rain is not
super fun.
NOTE: The "Spots Left" shown are subject
to change, and registration works on a first-come,
first-served basis.
